Do you offer loyalty rewards?

Yes we do! The little gift icon on the bottom left corner of our website will lead you our loyalty program!

Can I customize a care crate?

In addition to our carefully crafted crates we also offer a Build A Box option where you can create your own Care Crate.

Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting options?

We do! To work with us on creating a bulk or corporate order, please email us at hello@sendacarecrate.com

How do I apply a discount code?

Discount codes can be applied during checkout in the designated discount box!

Can I include a personalized message with my crate?

Yes, you will be prompted to enter your gift message in your cart before checking out.

Will the price be included in the package?

No, we do not include packing slips in our Gift Boxes.

What is your return policy?

All online sales are final, please visit our Return Policy here for more information.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you need to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. If you are looking to ship somewhere outside of the US, please send us an email and we can provide a custom estimate based on your needs.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, just make sure to select the express option at checkout!

Can I send a crate to multiple addresses in one order?

At this time we do not have the ability to ship to separate addresses in one order. We suggest placing separate orders for items needing to go to separate locations.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time, but if you are interested in shipping outside of the US, please email us and we will do our best to help you out!
