If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at hello@sendacarecrate.com. Otherwise, all online sales are final! Custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
Please note that Care Crates fulfills orders the next business day after your order. Any shipping delays from the postal service are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund.
