Care Crates ships all orders the next business day unless otherwise specified on our website (aka holidays!) USPS is our primary shipping carrier but we may also use UPS or DHL whenever appropriate. Any shipping delays from the postal carrier are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund. However, we are happy to help you resolve a shipping delay or error; please email email@example.com!
We encourage customers to verify the recipient's address before placing your order. In the case that your order is unclaimed or returned (due to wrong address, unable to forward, etc.) you will be notified immediately via email. Care Crates is happy to re-ship packages once we receive the correct address and a small re-shipping fee has been paid.
