Please be aware that the COVID19 pandemic as well as other circumstances outside of our control may cause shipping carriers to have shipping delays.
Care Crates ships all individual orders within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on our website (due to a holiday.) Any orders made on a holiday or other closure dates will be shipped the 1-2 business days upon re-opening.
Please note that shipping times specified at checkout do not include the processing and packaging time of 1-2 business days. USPS is our primary shipping carrier but we may also use UPS or DHL whenever appropriate. Any shipping delays from the postal carrier are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund. However, we are happy to help you resolve a shipping delay or error; please email email@example.com!
We encourage customers to verify the recipient's address before placing your order. In the case that your order is unclaimed or returned (due to insufficient address, unable to forward, etc.) you will be notified immediately via email. Care Crates is happy to re-ship packages once we receive the correct address and a small re-shipping fee has been paid.
Please note that any international shipments may incur additional duties or taxes upon delivery, based on the region. Customers are responsible for the payment of any additional international fees beyond the shipping fees paid to Care Crates at the time of purchase.
