I neglected to choose priority shipping when placing the order & contacted Care Crates via email to request a priority upgrade in follow up. A representative responded promptly & asked if s specific delivery date was needed. I let her know it was a group gift for a friend who suffered a recent car accident & we simply wanted it to reach the recipient more quickly so she could enjoy it while she was still on leave from work to recuperate. Customer service graciously offered to expedite the shipping at no extra charge & added their good wishes to our friend. The giftee was thrilled to receive it & said it was like getting a big hug from the whole group! She was also delighted that it included a donation to a favorite charity.
