Care Crates automatically gives $2.00 +to a nonprofit beneficiary for every gift box sold. If you purchase an add-on donation card then that number will increase the donation amount!

• $8.00 add-on purchase for a $10.00 donation card 
• $18.00 add-on purchase for a $20.00 donation card 
• $28.00 add-on purchase for a $30.00 donation card 
• $48.00 add-on purchase for a $50.00 donation card 

The recipient of your gift will receive a small card with an updated donation amount based on your purchase. 100% of the revenue from add-on donation cards will be donated by Care Crates to the nonprofit beneficiary.
